Taste Rogaland – Norwegian Fruit and Salmon

Gladmat is the project organiser for ”A Taste of Rogaland”, which forms an important ingredient of the «Open port of Involvement and Gastronomy» project.

Gladmat acts as a contact and partner vis-a-vis several food festivals in Rogaland, emphasising the link between an area’s food production and its identity.

Through «A Taste of Rogaland», these festivals will be visited by relevant guests and specialists, for mutual inspiration and enrichment.
