Innovation center’s priority is to rent office premises to Norwegian companies and organizations within future oriented businesses. Innovation center also offers office premises to Russian companies that have industrial cooperation with Norwegian companies. Innovation center arranges important common management functions for users of innovation center. Innovation center has approximately 100 car parkings for its tenants.
In 2008 the Innovation centre has established an Incubator for Norwegian and Russian companies and individuals that wish to create future oriented working places through creativity and innovation. Innovation center attracted companies that perform accounting services and other important services in order to serve innovation center’s companies if needed.
All users of innovation center are encouraged to share important network with each other. Through a great network companies succeed better then those that stand alone.
Innovation center’s administration has a good cooperation with local and regional authorities as well as local economic environment and NGOs in Murmansk. In Norway innovation center has through SIVA and SIVA’s network, access to the most important network in most areas. Innovation center’s administration will share this network with users.
Through arrangements, planned to take place ten times a year, extern and intern experts are invited to hold lectures within different topics related to business management in Murmansk. Innovation center will also take the initiative to other arrangements that gives users added value in form of competence and network.
A program for presentation and integration of new companies in innovation center and new incubator companies is arranged through these common arrangements.
