Technopark NOR
The main focus of Technopark-Nor is purchasing and developing real estate and offering logistics services. The company is currently building Logistics and Business Centre in Murmansk that will manage wide range of services from renting real estate objects to providing logistics services (assortment, storage and transportation of loads).
The location of Technopark-NOR is convenient for air, railway and surface traffic which guarantees the prospects for cooperation with most industrial enterprises interested in cargo traffic.
LOGISTICS AND BUSINESS CENTRE
The total area of Technopark-Nor is 46 645 m2
Currently 4 buildings are under reconstruction:
A1 is an administration building with the office are available for rental – 750 m2;
B1 (410 m2 ) and B2 (1040 m2) are preliminarily repaired as future garages but their actual use will depend on the demands of the customers;
B3 is planned as a covered storage with 4 600 m2 surface.
C* is a bridge-crane for loads transfer. Its capacity is 12,5/20 tons and height is 8,5 metres.
*T is a transformer owned by
Technopark-Nor and providing electricity for the whole territory.
Z1 and
Z2 are spaces to be developed. 10000 m2 is an assumed area for future buildings. The project can be downloaded
